All-Day Pass – Stay and play as long as you’d like with unlimited in-and-out access all day.

- Adults are $5 (11-99)
- Kids/infants (crawling) are free with a paid sibling. Otherwise regular admission price.
- Clean grip socks with no holes are required for all kids and highly recommended for adults in the play areas.
- No shoes or bare feet are allowed in the play areas at any time.
- We have grip socks available for $3 or you are welcome to bring your own.
- Please no “pop up parties” – if you don’t have a private party room booked with us we ask for no outside food, decorations or presents. Thank you for your understanding!
Know Before You Go
We can’t wait to welcome you! Here are a few things you should know before you visit.
Reservations and Popular Times:
- We do not require any form of reservations for play time (except for parties and special events). Just come on in!
- We are usually busiest in the morning right when we open.
- We sometimes have moderate lines on weekends and holidays.
- If you’d like to come when there is no wait and it’s less busy, please choose a weekday any time (as long as it’s not a local school holiday) or later in the afternoon on a weekend (especially Sunday).
Waivers:
- Each adult entering the facility must sign a waiver. Minors are added to adult waivers after you fill out your own information.
- Everyone must have their name on a waiver – parents, kids, babies, grandparents, etc – if they are coming to play or even just to observe. Thank you for your understanding!
- Speed up your admission process and sign your waiver before you arrive.

Food and Beverage Policy:
We’re proud to offer a high-quality, fast-casual café at GO Bonkers, with a menu designed to satisfy both kids and their grown-ups—at family-friendly prices. An important part of our business relies on guests purchasing meals, snacks, and drinks from our café. Without that, it becomes difficult for us to operate successfully. Plus, bringing in outside food can sometimes conflict with local health regulations.
That said, we’re not trying to be the food police—we know families have different needs. If you’d like to enjoy a full meal while visiting GO Bonkers, we kindly ask that you order from our café. We do not allow outside prepared food, including baked goods like birthday cakes or cupcakes, unless it’s part of a party package. We have a variety of snack options available, but if your little one only eats a specific snack or you can’t go without your favorite kombucha from home, go ahead and bring it—we’d rather have you here than not.
If our café menu doesn’t work for you, you’re always welcome to step out for a meal and come back, as long as you’ve purchased the unlimited play pass.
For birthday parties booked through GO Bonkers, we do allow you to bring a cake or cupcakes. If your group has special dietary needs or if our menu isn’t the right fit, just reach out—we’re happy to work with you. Please note this flexibility is reserved for events held in our private party rooms.

🧦 Grip Socks Required
To keep our play zones clean and safe, everyone must wear non-slip socks.
🚫 No Snacks or Drinks in Play Areas
Help us keep things tidy—please enjoy food and drinks in designated spaces only.
⚠️ Leave Sharp Items Outside
For everyone’s safety, sharp or pointy objects aren’t allowed in play zones.

Lost phones and wallets can ruin the fun—hold on to your belongings or keep them stored.

No pushing, hitting, or unkind behavior. Let’s make it fun for everyone!
🚧 No Wall Climbing
Our netted walls aren’t for climbing—stay grounded and play safely.
👶 Little Land = Ages 4 & Under
This soft play space is made just for toddlers and their grown-ups.
🔥 No Flames or Heated Items
Open flames, smoking, or anything hot is not allowed for everyone’s safety.

Parents and guardians are responsible for their child’s behavior and safety during the visit.
🧦 Socks for Grown-Ups Too
Adults don’t need grip socks, but regular socks are required if you’ll be stepping on mats or entering the play structure.
🎁 No Outside Food or Gifts
