Crawling babies get in free as long as they’re visiting alongside a paying sibling. If a crawler is your only child that day, standard admission applies — $13 for an hourly pass or $20 for an all-day pass. Once your little one is walking, they’ll need their own paid admission just like any other kid.
Do kids need special socks to play?
Yes. Grip socks are required for every child in the play areas, and we recommend them for adults too. Bring your own or grab a pair at the front desk for $3. Adults who are just supervising rather than climbing can wear regular socks — bare feet aren’t allowed in the play areas.
Do you allow outside food?
For regular play visits, we ask guests to order from our café rather than bring outside food, though we’re always flexible for specific dietary needs — just ask at the front desk. If you’ve booked a birthday party with us, outside food including cakes and cupcakes is welcome as part of your package; bringing outside food without a booked party room adds a $100 fee.
Can parents relax while kids play?
Absolutely. Our onsite café serves coffee, snacks, and family-friendly food, with plenty of seating so you can relax, get some work done, or just watch the fun from a comfortable spot. Monthly members also get 10% off café and candy shop purchases, making it an easy stop before, during, or after playtime.
What should we do if it’s raining or too cold outside?
Come play! Go Bonkers is fully indoors and open rain, snow, or shine, so weather never has to cancel your plans. We’re open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm, making us one of the easiest rainy day or snow day options in Aurora.
Is Go Bonkers a good option for toddlers?
Yes. Little Land, our dedicated toddler area, is reserved for kids 4 and under and built with soft, safe features sized for younger kids — completely separate from the bigger climbing structures. It’s a low-pressure space where toddlers can explore at their own pace while parents relax nearby.
Do I need a reservation to visit?
No reservation is needed for regular play — just show up ready to go bonkers any day we’re open. We tend to be busiest right when we open and on weekend afternoons, so a weekday visit or later in the day on Sunday is your best bet for shorter lines. Birthday parties and group events do require booking in advance since party rooms are reserved ahead of time.
