Let the Party Begin! (Your Celebration Schedule)
Party Room Time
Your party room will be ready for you one hour after the party start time.
That’s when the food from our kitchen will be served.
Time for cake, gifts, and celebrations!
A dedicated party host will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly and you have all you need.
Party Start Time
Parties kick off on the hour between 11 AM and 8 PM.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle any remaining balance.
Upon arrival, guests will receive wristbands and grip socks, then it’s off to the fun zone!
Guests can leave presents on a designated gift cart reserved for your party.
You’ll have access to the party room 15 minutes before your party starts to set up and get ready.
More Play Time
Please be sure to clear out your belongings from the party room afterward so we can get it ready for the next guests.
Need help loading up? We’ve got carts available to assist with transporting items to your car.
If you want to extend the fun, there’s a $5 per child admission upgrade for unlimited all-day play.

(For example, if your party starts at 10:00 AM, playtime runs 10:00–11:00 AM and your party room is ready from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM.)

A: Adults and children count towards your total guest count. Additional child $27, parents are free for birthday events!
A: Parties can be booked online or in person. A deposit is required to reserve your date and time.
A: Standard parties include 2 hour events. 1 hour of play time, 1 hour of party room time (Can be upgraded for all day play)

A: Yes. Balloons, banners, table décor, and themed decorations are allowed.
No confetti, glitter, silly string, no tape, nails, staple, pushpins or piñatas, please.
A: Yes, we can store cakes, ice-cream cakes during your party time. Space may be limited.
A: Yes — gifts may be opened in your party room during your reserved time.
A: We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for check-in and wristbands.
All guests must have a signed waiver.
A: Late arrivals are welcome to join at any time during the party, but party-room time cannot be extended.
A: Yes — adults need clean socks, and children need GRIP socks to enter the play area.
Socks are available for purchase at the front desk
A: Deposits are non-refundable, but parties may be rescheduled with advance notice (typically 48–72 hours).
A: Unless the event is upgraded to an all day pass, guests need to exit the facility after the party room time.
A: Yes — party rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and reset between each event.
A: Adults entering the play area must wear socks.
All minors and adults must have a signed waiver to enter the facility.
Outside food, snacks, or drinks are not allowed.
We offer food and drink add-ons through our party menu.
