Party Room Time

  • Your party room will be ready for you as soon as you arrive!

  • Food from our kitchen will be served one hour after your arrival. 

  • Time for cake, gifts, and celebrations!

  • A dedicated party host will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly and you have all you need.

  • Bringing Your Own Food
    We offer food packages for parties, but we understand some families prefer to bring their own.
    If you choose to bring outside food, a $100 outside food fee will be added to your reservation.

Party Start Time

    • Parties kick off as soon as we open

    • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle any remaining balance.

    • Upon arrival, guests will receive wristbands and grip socks, then it’s off to the fun zone!

    • Guests can leave presents inside the party room upon arrival.

    • You’ll have access to the party room 15 minutes before your party starts to set up and get ready.

More Play Time

 

  • Please be sure to clear out your belongings from the party room afterward so we can get it ready for the next guests.

  • If you want to extend the fun, there’s a $5 per child admission upgrade for unlimited all-day play.

PARTY SCHEDULE

Birthday parties include 2 hours in the party room, with 15-minute early arrival! You and your guests have access to party rooms and play area for your entire event!

  • Maximum occupancy per room is up to 30 guests. Double rooms are available for larger events. Please call us for more information.
  • Bringing Your Own Food
    We offer food packages for parties, but we understand some families prefer to bring their own.
    If you choose to bring outside food, a $100 outside food fee will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions!

Q: Who is included in the guest count?

A: Adults and children count towards your total guest count. Additional child $27, parents are free for birthday events!

A: Parties can be booked online or in person. A deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

Q: How long is the party?

A: Standard parties include 2 hour events. You have access to party room and play for the two hours.  (Can be upgraded for all day play)

Q: What’s included in the party package?

A: Packages typically include:

  • Reserved party room

  • Table setup, Table Cloths, Plates, napkins, utensils, Cake cutter, Lighter, and Candles

  • A dedicated party host

  • 2 Pizzas and 3-6 pitchers of Soda depending on party package.
  • Socks for all kids.
Q: How many guests can I invite?

A: Each package includes a set number of guests.Additional children can be added for an extra $27 per-child fee.

Q: Can I bring my own cake or cupcakes?

A: Yes! Birthday cakes and cupcakes are welcome. Ice-cream cakes are welcome as well. 

Q: Can I bring my own decorations?

A: Yes. Balloons, banners, table décor, and themed decorations are allowed.
No confetti, glitter, silly string, no tape, nails, staple, pushpins or piñatas, please.

Q: Do you have a fridge/freezer?

A: Yes, we can store cakes, ice-cream cakes during your party time. Space may be limited.

Q: Is there a place to open gifts?

A: Yes — gifts may be opened in your party room during your reserved time.

Q: What is the arrival/check-in process?

A: We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for check-in and wristbands.
All guests must have a signed waiver.

Q: What if guests arrive late?

A: Late arrivals are welcome to join at any time during the party, but party-room time cannot be extended.

Q: Do adults need socks? Do kids need grip socks?

A: Yes — adults need clean socks, and children need GRIP socks to enter the play area.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Deposits are non-refundable, but parties may be rescheduled with advance notice (typically 48–72 hours).

Q: Can we stay and play after our party ends?

A: Unless the event is upgraded to an all day pass, guests need to exit the facility after the party room time. 

Q: Do you clean between parties?

A: Yes — party rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and reset between each event.

Q: Are socks or waivers needed for adults not playing?

A: Adults entering the play area must wear socks. 
All minors and adults must have a signed waiver to enter the facility.
