Party Room Time
Your party room will be ready for you as soon as you arrive!
Food from our kitchen will be served one hour after your arrival.

Bringing Your Own Food
We offer food packages for parties, but we understand some families prefer to bring their own.
If you choose to bring outside food, a $100 outside food fee will be added to your reservation.
Party Start Time
Parties kick off as soon as we open!
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle any remaining balance.
Upon arrival, guests will receive wristbands and grip socks, then it’s off to the fun zone!
Guests can leave presents inside the party room upon arrival.
You’ll have access to the party room 15 minutes before your party starts to set up and get ready.
More Play Time
Please be sure to clear out your belongings from the party room afterward so we can get it ready for the next guests.
If you want to extend the fun, there’s a $5 per child admission upgrade for unlimited all-day play.

PARTY SCHEDULE
Birthday parties include 2 hours in the party room, with 15-minute early arrival! You and your guests have access to party rooms and play area for your entire event!
- Maximum occupancy per room is up to 30 guests. Double rooms are available for larger events. Please call us for more information.
Bringing Your Own Food
We offer food packages for parties, but we understand some families prefer to bring their own.

Frequently Asked Questions!
A: Package limits apply to participating children, and the birthday child is included in that total. Parents and adults enter free. All children and adults still count toward the party room’s maximum occupancy of 30 people.
A: Choose an available date and time in our online booking system, select a package, add any options, and pay the $50 deposit to reserve your party. The remaining balance may be paid early and is due on the day of the event.
A: Standard parties include two hours of play and private party-room time. A $5-per-child upgrade extends play to an all-day pass.
A: Every package includes a private party room, table setup, plates, napkins, utensils, a dedicated party host, grip socks for participating children, and the food and drinks listed in the selected package. Please review the Mini, Super, or Mega package details above for exact quantities. Gratuity is optional and is never required.
A: Mini includes up to 7 children, Super up to 13, and Mega up to 19, including the birthday child. Additional children are $27 each, subject to room capacity. Each party room has a maximum occupancy of 30 total people, including children and adults.
A: Yes. Birthday cakes, cupcakes, and ice-cream cakes are welcome and do not trigger the $100 outside-food fee. Cake storage space may be limited.
A: Yes. Helium Balloons, banners, table décor, and themed decorations are allowed. Additional decorations, please give us a call.
No confetti, glitter, silly string, no tape, nails, staple, pushpins or piñatas, please.
A: Yes, we can store cakes, ice-cream cakes during your party time. Space may be limited.
A: Yes — gifts may be opened in your party room during your reserved time.
A: We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early for check-in and wristbands.
All guests must have a signed waiver.
A: Late arrivals are welcome to join at any time during the party, but party-room time cannot be extended.
A: Yes — adults need clean socks, and children need GRIP socks to enter the play area.
Socks are available for purchase at the front desk
A: The $50 deposit is non-refundable. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your party may be rescheduled and the deposit may be transferred to Go Bonkers venue credit. The remaining balance may be paid early and is due on the day of the event.
A: Yes. A $5-per-child upgrade extends the visit to unlimited all-day play. Without the upgrade, guests need to leave the facility when the reserved party time ends.
A: Yes — party rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and reset between each event.
A: Adults entering the play area must wear socks.
All minors and adults must have a signed waiver to enter the facility.
A: Cakes and cupcakes are welcome and do not trigger the outside-food fee. Other outside food adds a $100 fee to the reservation.
